No Show And Late Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately due to the increase of no shows and late cancellations in our shops. You will now be required to give at least 4 hours notice for any cancellations.
This gives us the chance to offer these appointments to other clients.
If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full amount of the booking that you missed on your next visit.
We are striving to run a efficient business for ourselfs and for you.
we hope that you understand this is our livelihood, with current economic issues every cut counts.
